Far from the usual Mexican fare
 
A demo / tasting at Le Cordon Bleu, this time with celebrity chef sensation Enrique Olvera on the publication of his new book, Tu Casa Mi Casa: Mexican Recipes for the Home Cook.

Olvera has single-handedly redefined Mexican cuisine. His Mexico City restaurant Pujol is high on The World's 50 Top Restaurants list - as well as my list when we visit Valle de Guadalupe, "the Napa Valley of Mexico."
