Leaving Paris behind for a few days we rang in the New Year with friends at their magnificent château in Normandy, one of France's most beautiful regions. On the menu: exquisite Oaxacan made-from-scratch abuela recipes, from tortillas and mole to soups, sauces, almond horchata and even Mexican white cheese.
